Referral Program
We understand the strongest endorsement for our homes comes from our valued customers. Once we have clearly established your confidence and trust, we hope you will spread the word. To show our appreciation, Bellegate Developments will reward you with $2,500 for each referral that purchases a home with us and the home successfully closes. Even if you haven’t yet purchased with us, however are still inclined to refer your family and friends, we will reward you with $1,500 for each referral that purchases with us.

Customers who have provided a successful referral (a referral that leads to a contract with Bellegate Developments) commencing December 1st, 2018 are eligible to participate.
Referral Program Reward of $2,500 Cheque:
- Participants (referrers) will receive up to $2,500 cheque in their name for every successful referral that leads to a contract with Bellegate Developments.
- The referred individual must be a new customer (they cannot be an existing or past customer).
- The reward is only applicable if referral is cited to Bellegate Developments at first point of contact with new customer and with successful contract fulfillment.
- There is no limit to the number of referrals that a participant (referrer) can provide.
- Referral is not eligible for own use.
Bellegate Developments reserves the right to accept or not accept any individual into this program and further reserves the right to cancel this referral program at any time.
